Category B of the driving license entitles you to drive:

• a motor vehicle with a maximum permissible weight not exceeding 3.5 t, except for a bus and a motorcycle;
• the above-mentioned vehicle with a light trailer; the above-mentioned vehicle with a trailer other than a light trailer;
• provided that the total permissible total weight of the set does not exceed 4250 kg;
• Such a team may be led by a person who has passed the state practical exam for such a team, confirmed by an entry in the driving license;
• an agricultural tractor or a slow-moving vehicle, also with a light trailer.

Requirements for category B

• Reaching the required age - 18 years.
• If the person is under 18 years of age, the consent of the parents or guardian must be obtained (a candidate for a driver may start training at the earliest 3 months before reaching the required age of 18)
• Driver Candidate Profile (PKK).
• Therefore, the first steps must be directed to the communication department of the poviat starosty or the city office with poviat rights, appropriate to your place of residence.
• You should bring with you one photo, medical certificate, valid ID card or passport. (additional documentation may apply to foreigners)

Theoretical lectures

30 lesson hours (45") for people who do not have a B1 driving licence- including at least 4 hours of theoretical training and exercises in providing first aid to victims of road accidents.

Practical driving lessons:

• 30 hours - can be started after conducting theoretical lessons.
• 20 hours - for people who have category B1 - can be started without completing the theoretical part.
• Practical classes are conducted with exactly the same vehicles as in the state exam in WORD Lublin - HYUNDAI I-20 1.0 GDi.

Internal exam

The internal examination consists of the following parts:

• theoretical - conducted in a training room using a computer test or in the form of written tests.
• practical - carried out on the maneuvering yard and in road traffic.

The exam may be taken by a person who has completed at least the minimum number of hours of theoretical and practical classes required by the program. The condition for conducting the practical part of the internal examination is to obtain a positive result in the theoretical part.

End of training

After successfully passing the internal exam, each graduate of the course receives an entry in his driver candidate profile (PKK), which we update electronically.

• Exam fee (practice and theory) - PLN 170 transfer. payment in WORD, post office.
• Exam fee (theory) - PLN 30, bank transfer, payment in WORD, post office.
• VALID ID card or passport and we set the date of the exam.

IMPORTANT You should also have an identity document with you when taking the exam.

fter obtaining a positive result on the state exam, WORD enters a positive result in the candidate's profile (pkk) and sends it by e-mail to the appropriate communication department (pkk). If it is impossible to appear in person at the examination center, the documents may be submitted and the date of the examination by a third party with a power of attorney. In justified cases, you can submit an application to the Director of WORD to change the date of the exam. It is possible to register for the exam via the Internet.
